These terms apply to all services of Jontullo, a boutique agency for independent financial advice and personal wealth planning for entrepreneurs.
Jontullo provides exclusive coaching and advisory services in the areas of tax optimization, pension building for self-employed individuals, and managing private investment portfolios. All services are provided based on personal appointments and are intended solely as advice. We do not provide guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes.
Jontullo commits to: providing expert, independent, and tailored advice, based on the information you provide. All advice is prepared with the utmost care.
The client commits to: providing all information necessary for correct advice in a timely and complete manner. The client acknowledges that the effectiveness of the advice depends on the accuracy and completeness of this information.
Rates for coaching and advice are agreed upon in writing in advance. Payments must be made according to the specified invoice deadlines. No refund can be obtained for services already rendered. Subscriptions or ongoing services can be canceled according to the notice period stipulated in the agreement.
Jontullo is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profit resulting from following the provided advice. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the fee paid for the relevant service.
Either party may terminate the service provision in writing. Any fees already due remain fully payable after termination. Jontullo reserves the right to terminate the service provision immediately in case of a breach of these terms by the client.
Jontullo reserves the right to modify these terms of use unilaterally. Modified terms become effective after publication on our website. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed of the current terms.
